At Killa Krafts, many of our products are custom-made and personalised specifically for each order.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on personalised items unless the product arrives damaged or there is an error made on our part.

Please ensure that all spelling, colours, names, numbers, and personalisation details are entered correctly at the time of ordering, as we will create your item exactly as the information is provided.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue so we can review and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Due to the custom nature of our products, change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.
