Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location within Australia, but typical delivery times are:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Order Tracking
If tracking is included with your shipping method, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Killa Krafts is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees to have the item resent.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the postal carrier. Killa Krafts is not responsible for postal delays, lost parcels, or damage caused during transit.
However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Local Pickup (Optional – if you want this)
Local pickup may be available from Sunbury, Victoria. If this option is offered at checkout, customers will be contacted once their order is ready for collection.
