Products & Personalisation
Many products sold by Killa Krafts are custom-made and personalised.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details such as names, colours, numbers, and wording are entered correctly at the time of purchase. We will produce items exactly as the information is provided.
Killa Krafts is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Order Processing
Orders will only begin production once payment has been received in full.
As many items are handmade and personalised, processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.
Shipping
Killa Krafts is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused by postal carriers once the order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement if required.
This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
